  • Just like people and cats, a brand has a personality. It comes through in the brand design, language and experience your customers have with you. This is a quick survey to discover your vision for this personality.

    What do we mean by brand?

    Your brand is what defines your business. It is the outward expression of your values and offering. A brand encompasses your name, logo and graphic design, but also the values you communicate, the tone you use in copy, and your market positioning.

    Things to keep in mind during the survey

    • When you answer the survey, think about your customers and what you want to your brand to mean to them.
    • If there are multiple people in your team, they should fill out their own surveys, so no cheating! We'll share the results with you so no need to compare ahead of time.
    • Finally, don't worry too much about your answers, this is an initial starting point and gives us the insights to create and build a brand that fits your vision.
